Job Description: We are seeking well-seasoned bartenders to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for the craft of bartending and enjoy providing outstanding customer experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Put the customer first with an enthusiastic and friendly demeanor. Ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
Bar Operations:
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks quickly and efficiently.
Manage inventory, including re-stocking supplies, changing kegs, and maintaining up-to-date stock lists.
Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times.
Compliance:
Adhere to all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Follow all liquor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
Knowledge of mixology, both traditional and innovative cocktails.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
Preferably holds a valid bartender's license or certification.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy objects like kegs.
